Jim Brager CSPWC, ASA


Jim graduated from the Alberta College of Art in Calgary in 1971.  He started his career in  Saskatoon with a printing firm where he worked as a commercial artist.  Jim also spent a few years with Saskatoon's daily newspaper, the Star Phoenix.

In 1976 he returned to Camrose and started J.B. Graphics Design Studio, and  later Paulson Street Art Gallery.  In 1994 he closed his business to become a full time painter, working out of his home studio.  His subject has primarily been the rural landscape but occasionally Jim enjoys painting from his travels to other countries.

Jim is a member of the Alberta Society of Artists and a member of the Canadian Society of Painters In Watercolor.
